Morgan Hillis is a senior at The University of Cincinnati majoring in Communication and is receiving a certificate in Public Relations. Upon graduation in May, she plans on staying in the Cincinnati area and building a career in the training and development field.
As a student at the University of Cincinnati, Morgan strives to be #BoldlyBearcat. Through her involvement at UC, Morgan exemplifies this trait. She is actively involved in her sorority, Chi Omega, as well as the National Communication honor society, Lambda Pi Eta. Morgan also maintains two jobs as a Training and Development Specialist and a Social Media and Event Planning Intern. Along with her extracurricular activities and internships, Morgan excels in the classroom and has consistently remained on the Dean’s List.
Morgan is the Co-Director of the training and development sector of UCommunicate, USpeak. With USPEAK, Morgan assists businesses, non-profits, students, and University of Cincinnati programs and organizations by developing curriculum and delivering training seminars on a variety of topics including personal branding, public speaking, translational research, and other areas of communication. Morgan aims to take USpeak to new levels by branding the program, increasing its client base, and developing an extensive curriculum. She looks forward to expanding and exercising her training and development skills.
