UCommunicate is a student run organization! We specialize in public relations, social media, marketing, videography, photography, event planning and public outreach! We actively work with businesses and clients to help them with any of their needs! These include, promoting College Night at Hofbräuhaus in Newport, as well as passing out The News Record’s paper. We also are working with McCafe, Common Ground Project and of course, UC’s College of Arts and Sciences!
The past few week our team at UCommunicate has been working diligently to begin Recruitment! We are recruiting students to be apart of the UCommunicate family! Our team has been working on marketing strategies to reach our future members!
As a team, we have been brainstorming ideas when we meet together. Each member in UCommunicate created a flyer to post around campus! This is one of the many things we do in UCommunicate. We are able to get experience with marketing and advertising before graduating! Creating flyers is a great way to show our audience what we do, and how to join! Here are some of the awesome flyers created by our team members!
Along with visual marketing, our team has also decided that we should implement speech into our marketing strategy! We are going into classes within the next few weeks to tell students about our organization! Be on the lookout for UCommunicate members speaking in your classroom within these next few weeks!
If you are interested in joining an organization that allows you to get hands on experience in public relations, marketing, social media, videography, photography, etc, apply to join our team! Email your resume, cover letter, and writing sample to firstname.lastname@example.org! The deadline has been extended to November 11th!
